A hard working deep-cleaning and refining Kaolin and Bentonite clay masque that lifts impurities and absorbs excess surface oil. A powerful blend of niacinamide, zinc PCA, lemon myrtle and canadian willowherb help purify, inhibit overactive sebaceous gland activity and soothe redness. Salicylic acid gently exfoliates and decongests pores, while tea tree isolate helps keep the skin clear. Weekly use leaves skin feeling healthy and purified.

A rich, deeply moisturising mask that works its magic while you sleep. Soothing omega oils, phospholipids and glycolipids plus our signature hyaluronic acid complex, deeply replenishes and hydrates restoring a supple barrier function. A symphony of antioxidants rapidly detoxify, soothe and calm revealing a visibly plumped, rested, brighter appearance.

Directions

Step 1 purifying clay mask. Apply a generous layer to damp cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area.. Apply with light upward strokes. Leave on for 10-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use 1-3 times per week, or whenever necessary. It can also be used exclusively on the T Zone for those with combination skin.

Step 2 overnight repair mask. Apply a generous amount to damp cleansed skin. Apply with light upward strokes in the evening. Use as the last step in your skincare routine. We suggest one application weekly, however it can be used more frequently if intensive repair is necessary.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. If you have a Yulani account you can also find a tracking link in the 'account' section of our website.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pick and pack orders daily, and aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered. There are currently some Australia Post delays due to increased demand, please refer to Australia Post's website to stay up to date.

Can my parcel be left on my doorstep if I am not at home?

Australia Post will require you to sign for your packages by default. However, if you would prefer to have your package left in a safe place such as your doorstep or letterbox, you can select the ATL (Authority To Leave) option at checkout. You can also provide delivery instructions in the comments section at checkout which will be included on your package. Please note that for Express Post, you cannot select 'signature required on delivery'. Any packages marked ATL cannot be replaced if they go missing, so this option is at your own risk.

How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us. You will receive your tracking information once dispatched. Please sign up to the MyPost tool auspost.com.au/mypost/ to redirect your parcel. If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks, but Australia Post will eventually return the package to us. Yulani will cover the return fee from Australia Post, but we may request payment to resend this out to you.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Australia Post. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate. If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $9 postage fee.

Can you combine my orders and refund shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of being an e-commerce store with 24 hour purchasing ability, our orders are immediately processed through to the warehouse system. We want to get your goodies to you as fast as possible, so our warehouse processing times are very strict! Once an order has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes or provide shipping refunds.

How can I change my address in my account?

To update your shipping address you can either do this in your 'Account' section when you log into our website, or alternatively you can do this during checkout.

How do flammable and other dangerous goods get shipped?

Some items such as hand sanitiser and mask mist will not be accepted by the airlines. This means that if you have these items in your cart you can only choose Australia Post Standard for shipping within Australia. International shipping outside Australia is not available for these items.
