If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a 30 day money-back offer from the time you receive your goods.
Just shoot us an email at email@example.com with your order number, and we'll work to resolve any issues and make things right.
Don't remember your order number? No problem. You can find it in the shipment notifications we emailed you.
To receive a refund, just keep in mind that any claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order and you'll need to send the goods back to us.
While we'll happily accept returns, please note that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using registered post and insuring the package to protect against any risk of lost, theft or damage during transit.
The Neo Mortal will not be responsible for parcels that go missing or get damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We can also provide a return shipping label, but we'll need to deduct the cost from your refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll process a full refund of the original purchase price via your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, although it's often faster than that.
Oh, and just a heads up - gift cards can't be returned or redeemed for cash.
