However in the event you find a product purchased across any of the Yulani family of brands not suitable, we are pleased to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

For a return, exchange or refund kindly email us at orders@yulani.com and provide your order number, so we can resolve any issues and make things right.

Your order number can be found in the shipment notifications we emailed you. 

All claims need to be made within 30 days of purchase, and the goods will need to be returned for a refund to be provided.

You will need to pay for return shipping and we recommend returns are made via registered post and that the goods are insured. The Neo Mortal will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, if you choose not to insure. 

Alternatively we can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

We are happy to provide a full refund of the original purchase price upon receival your return.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

You should expect to receive a refund within three weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

The period includes transit time for us to receive your item from the shipper (2 - 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (2 - 3 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 - 9 business days).

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. 

If you have ordered a product and we are unable to supply, we will automatically refund the amount paid within 24 hours.
